You'll collaborate with seasoned professionals, diving into AI application development, knowledge retrieval, analytics, testing, and solution delivery. As a key member of our AI initiatives, you will support the creation of LLM-powered applications through prompts and APIs. You will also contribute to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions by preparing and validating knowledge sources, and assist in developing and testing conversational AI applications and agent workflows.

Key responsibilities include supporting the development of LLM-powered applications, contributing to RAG solutions by preparing and validating knowledge sources, and assisting in building and testing conversational AI applications. You will perform functional testing of AI outputs, analyze responses for improvements, and help document findings. Additionally, you will work with cloud AI services on Azure and/or AWS, support environment configuration, and learn enterprise security standards.

You will develop Python-based components, integrate with APIs and enterprise systems, and utilize Git for source code management. Creating technical documentation and supporting troubleshooting and deployment activities are also essential parts of this role.

To excel in this role, you should possess hands-on experience in AI/ML, data science, Generative AI, or related engineering fields, with 0-2 years of experience. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant quantitative or engineering discipline is required.

Essential technical skills include proficiency in Python, SQL, Generative AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and APIs. Familiarity with RAG fundamentals, agentic AI concepts, and platforms like LangChain/LangGraph or cloud AI platforms is beneficial. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for success in this collaborative environment.
