As part of the Marketing Analytics team, our primary goal is to optimize contact center operations. We achieve this by leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and advanced analytical techniques.

Our work involves deep dives into customer conversations, predicting user behaviors, and enhancing self-service capabilities to minimize call transfers and maximize customer satisfaction. We are at the forefront of building conversational AI models, real-time recommendation systems, and predictive analytics solutions that deliver significant business impact. By seamlessly integrating AI-driven insights with marketing strategies, we enable proactive customer engagement, highly personalized experiences, and improved operational efficiencies across all customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic initiatives and manage business transformations within the Health Analytics practice.

Leverage industry expertise to create impactful, value-driven solutions for clients.

Analyze customer conversations and apply advanced analytics to enhance self-service capabilities and reduce call transfers.

Build and deploy sophisticated AI models, including conversational AI, real-time recommendation systems, and predictive analytics solutions.

Integrate AI-driven insights with marketing strategies to foster proactive customer engagement and personalized experiences.

Enhance operational efficiencies across various customer touchpoints through data-driven intelligence.

Qualifications

A Master's degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a closely related field, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Health Analytics. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in a similar field with 3+ years of relevant experience is also considered.

Demonstrate a strong capacity to extract strategic insights from extensive datasets. Proficiency in statistical methods such as forecasting, modeling, and optimization is essential.

Expertise in machine learning techniques like Gradient Boosting Machines (GBM) and Decision Trees, along with AI methodologies such as Deep Learning, is required.

Skilled in data handling using Python, Spark, SQL, or comparable tools. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are crucial for conveying complex ideas and results to non-technical stakeholders.

Possess a strong aptitude, motivation, and keen interest in applying quantitative analysis within the context of marketing and business economics. Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is also necessary.
