This role is a key part of our Engineering Products team, dedicated to transforming businesses through innovative AI and Gen AI solutions. We partner with clients in the Products Industry, including Lifesciences, CPG, Retail, and Hospitality, to develop cutting-edge AI strategies, value-driven use cases, and roadmaps that propel business growth and innovation.

We empower clients to establish robust data platform foundations and target roadmaps, enabling them to scale and achieve their AI/Gen AI and advanced analytics aspirations, meeting the evolving needs of technological advancement.

Design, develop, and deploy custom AI Copilot solutions across Microsoft 365 applications like Power BI, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. Leverage Microsoft Copilot Studio to build intelligent conversational AI experiences that streamline workflows and automate tasks. Integrate Copilot functionalities with other business systems via REST APIs, custom connectors, and the Microsoft Graph API. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to enhance Copilot capabilities. Conduct thorough testing, validation, and monitoring of deployed AI agents to ensure peak performance and accuracy. Uphold enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance standards in all solutions. Continuously stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. Provide essential technical guidance and training to end-users for successful adoption of new Copilot features.

We are seeking professionals with 2-3 years of dedicated software development experience, specifically in Microsoft AI, Power BI, the Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is required.

Essential qualifications include strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess client processes and identify AI integration opportunities. Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies such as machine learning and natural language processing is crucial. Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital for effectively conveying technical concepts and AI strategy recommendations to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI and data analytics is important. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results is paramount. A strong understanding of Gen AI preferences and experience with various large language models (LLMs) to propose and implement suitable solutions is also key. Working knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and the AI/Analytics lifecycle, from problem definition to deployment and monitoring, is expected.
