We are part of a dynamic and innovative Engineering Products team, dedicated to serving clients across the Products Industry, including Lifesciences, CPG, Retail, and Industry & Hospitality. Our mission is to develop innovative AI strategies with value-driven use cases, roadmaps, and technological solutions that foster business growth and innovation, particularly in Data Strategy, AI Strategy, Data Modelling, Data Architecture, Cloud Assessment, and Industry & AI Value strategy.

Design, develop, and deploy custom AI Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications such as Power BI, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to create intelligent conversational AI experiences that streamline workflows and automate tasks. Integrate Copilot capabilities with other business systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and the Microsoft Graph API.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify high-impact use cases, and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to extend and enhance Copilot functionality. Conduct thorough internal testing, validation, and monitoring of deployed AI agents to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.

Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance standards. Continuously stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning (ML), and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. Provide essential technical guidance, training, and documentation to end-users to facilitate the successful adoption of new Copilot features.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft AI, Power BI, the Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is required.

Essential skills include strong analytical and strategic thinking to assess client business processes and identify AI integration opportunities. Demonstrated expertise in artificial intelligence technologies like machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning is crucial, along with a solid understanding of AI concepts and algorithms. Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scaled AI and data analytics solutions is important. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is essential for designing and executing AI solutions. A strong understanding of Gen AI preferences, behaviors, and values, as well as working knowledge of various large language models (LLMs) to propose and implement the best-suited LLMs for customers, is expected. Experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling techniques, and the AI/Analytics lifecycle (problem definition, data preparation, model building, validation, deployment, monitoring) is also required.
