Design, develop, and deploy custom AI Copilot solutions across Microsoft 365 applications and other business platforms, including Power BI, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to build conversational AI experiences and intelligent agents for streamlining workflows and automating tasks.

Integrate Copilot capabilities with existing business systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and the Microsoft Graph API.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, identify high-impact use cases, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to enhance Copilot functionality and user experience.

Conduct thorough internal testing, validation, and monitoring of deployed AI agents to ensure optimal performance and accuracy, adhering to enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance standards.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, providing technical guidance and training to end-users for successful feature adoption.

Possess 2-3 years of proven experience in software development, with a specific focus on Microsoft AI, Power BI, the Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.

Academic background includes a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess client processes, technologies, and data infrastructure for AI integration opportunities.

Exhibit expertise in artificial intelligence technologies like machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with a solid understanding of AI concepts and their application to real-world business challenges.

Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and convey AI strategy recommendations effectively.

Showcase knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) relevant to scalable AI and data analytics solutions.

Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and execute AI solutions that address client business challenges and deliver measurable results.

Exhibit a strong understanding of Generative AI preferences, behaviors, and values, with working knowledge of various Large Language Models (LLMs) to propose and implement the most suitable LLMs based on AI strategies.

Possess working experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling techniques, and the AI/Analytics lifecycle from problem definition to monitoring.

Additional desirable skills include experience in client-facing roles, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Microsoft certifications related to AI, Azure, or Microsoft 365, and experience with other AI-driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Technical proficiency includes a strong understanding of generative AI concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering, along with proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Python or JavaScript/TypeScript. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI) and building/managing integrations via REST APIs is expected.
