Our Engineering Products team specializes in Data Strategy, AI Strategy, Data Modelling, Data Architecture, Cloud Assessment, and Industry & AI Value Strategy. We assist customers in establishing robust data platform foundations and target roadmaps for scaling towards AI/GEN AI and advanced analytics visions.

Design, develop, and deploy custom Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Power BI, Teams, Outlook) and other business platforms. Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to create conversational AI experiences and intelligent agents that streamline workflows. Integrate Copilot capabilities with other business systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and Microsoft Graph API. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify high-impact use cases, and translate needs into technical specifications. Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to enhance Copilot functionality. Conduct testing, validation, and monitoring of deployed AI agents for optimal performance. Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance standards. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. Provide technical guidance and documentation for end-user adoption.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is required.

Demonstrate 2-3 years of proven experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft AI, Power BI, the Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.

Possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess business processes and identify AI integration opportunities. Display expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning.

Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) related to scaled AI and data analytics solutions is beneficial.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is essential. A strong understanding of Gen AI preferences, behaviors, and values is expected. Familiarity with various large language models (LLMs) and their applications is crucial.

Technical expertise includes a strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering. Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI) are necessary. Expertise in building and managing connectors using REST APIs and experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform) are also required.
