You will join a diverse, dynamic, and innovative global Engineering Products team. We specialize in creating Data/AI Strategy & Consulting professionals dedicated to clients across the Products Industry, including Lifesciences, CPG, Retail, and Industry & Hospitality. We help customers develop innovative AI strategies with value-driven use cases, roadmaps, and technological solutions to foster business growth and innovation.

The Engineering Products team works extensively on data and AI, covering Data Strategy, AI Strategy, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Cloud Assessment, and Industry & AI Value strategy. This supports clients in establishing robust data platform foundations and target roadmaps for scaling and evolving towards their AI/GEN AI and advanced analytics visions.

Design, develop, and deploy custom AI Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications like Power BI, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio to build conversational AI experiences and intelligent agents that streamline workflows and automate tasks. Integrate Copilot functionalities with other business systems via REST APIs, custom connectors, and the Microsoft Graph API. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify high-impact use cases, and translate these into detailed technical specifications. Develop and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to extend and enhance Copilot capabilities. Conduct thorough internal testing, validation, and monitoring of deployed AI agents to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Ensure all implemented solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning (ML), and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. Provide technical guidance, training, and comprehensive documentation to end-users to facilitate the successful adoption of new Copilot features.

A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in software development is required, with a specific emphasis on Microsoft AI, Power BI, the Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. Possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, enabling the assessment of client business processes, technologies, and data infrastructure to identify AI integration opportunities and develop tailored AI strategy frameworks. Demonstrate expertise in artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with a solid grasp of AI concepts, algorithms, and their applications. Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and compellingly. Familiarity with cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP in the context of scaled AI and data analytics solutions is beneficial. Possess the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, working with diverse groups to design and execute AI solutions that address client challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. Strong understanding of Generative AI preferences, behaviors, and values is expected. Working knowledge of various large language models (LLMs) to propose and implement suitable LLMs for customers based on AI strategies that resonate with Gen AI. Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques is required. Proficiency in programming or scripting languages like Python or JavaScript/TypeScript is necessary. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, is expected. Expertise in building and managing connectors and integrations using REST APIs. Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, encompassing Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform components like Power Apps and Power Automate.
