Contribute to setting up robust data platform foundations and target roadmaps for scaling AI/Gen AI and advanced analytics, meeting the evolving needs of technology advancement. The team focuses on areas like Data Strategy, AI Strategy, Data Modelling, Data Architecture, Cloud Assessment, and Industry & AI Value Strategy.

Design, develop, and deploy custom AI Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications like Power BI, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. Create engaging conversational AI experiences and intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to streamline workflows. Integrate Copilot capabilities with other business systems via REST APIs, custom connectors, and Microsoft Graph API.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify impactful use cases, and translate needs into technical specifications. Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to enhance Copilot functionality. Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring of deployed AI agents to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Adhere to enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance standards. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. Provide technical guidance and training to end-users for successful adoption of new Copilot features.

Possess 2-3 years of proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on Microsoft AI, Power BI, the Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess business processes and identify AI integration opportunities.

Exhibit expertise in artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning. Showcase excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Possess knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scaled AI and data analytics. Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute AI solutions.

Have a strong understanding of Gen AI preferences and behaviors, along with working knowledge of various large language models (LLMs) to propose and implement suitable solutions. Demonstrate working experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques. Possess working knowledge in the AI and Analytics lifecycle, including problem definition, data preparation, model building, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
