As part of our vibrant global Engineering Products team, you will collaborate with a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to serving customers across various industries. We help clients develop innovative AI strategies, identify high-value use cases, and create roadmaps for technological solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Design, develop, and deploy custom Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications, including Power BI, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. Create conversational AI experiences and intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to streamline workflows and automate tasks.

Integrate Copilot capabilities with other business systems via REST APIs, custom connectors, and the Microsoft Graph API. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify high-impact use cases, and translate these needs into detailed technical specifications.

Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to enhance Copilot functionality. Conduct thorough internal testing, validation, and monitoring of deployed AI agents to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance standards.

We are seeking candidates with 2-3 years of proven software development experience, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft AI, Power BI, the Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is required.

Essential skills include strong analytical and strategic thinking to assess business processes and identify AI integration opportunities. Displayed expertise in artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning is crucial. Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital for articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI and data analytics solutions is expected. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and execute AI solutions is essential. A strong understanding of Gen AI preferences, behaviors, and values, along with working knowledge of various large language models, is also required.

Technical expertise should include a strong understanding of generative AI concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering. Proficiency in programming or scripting languages like Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI) are necessary. Expertise in building and managing connectors and integrations using REST APIs, and experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem are key.
