As an AI Copilot Developer, you will design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions using Microsoft's Copilot ecosystem, including Power BI.

Key responsibilities include: - Designing, developing, and deploying custom Copilot solutions within Microsoft 365 applications (Power BI, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business platforms. - Utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio to create conversational AI experiences and intelligent agents for streamlining workflows and automating tasks. - Integrating Copilot capabilities with other business systems via REST APIs, custom connectors, and the Microsoft Graph API. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify impactful use cases, and translate needs into technical specifications. - Building and maintaining automation workflows with Power Automate to enhance Copilot functionality. - Conducting internal testing, validation, and monitoring of deployed AI agents for optimal performance and accuracy. - Ensuring solutions comply with enterprise-grade security, governance, and compliance standards. - Staying current with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. - Providing technical guidance, training, and documentation to end-users for successful adoption of new Copilot features.

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in software development, specifically focusing on Microsoft AI, Power BI, the Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.

Qualifications include: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software development. - A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess business processes, technologies, and data infrastructure for AI integration opportunities. - Expertise in artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scaled AI and data analytics solutions. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of Gen AI preferences, behaviors, and values. - Working knowledge of various large language models to propose and implement suitable LLMs for customer AI strategies. - Working experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques. - Familiarity with the AI and Analytics lifecycle, including problem definition, data preparation, model building, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
