Conduct comprehensive ML maturity assessments, identifying areas for enhancement and providing strategic recommendations. Develop ML Ops roadmaps and establish robust processes for the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle. Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art Generative AI solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. Proactively identify ML and Gen AI application opportunities, incubating bespoke solutions with cross-functional teams. Provide technical leadership and mentorship, collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) is required. You should possess 4+ years of relevant experience, with proven expertise in ML maturity assessments and ML Ops roadmaps. Hands-on experience operationalizing ML systems on cloud or on-premise platforms is essential. Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is a must. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for success in this dynamic environment. Experience with Generative AI solution implementation, including incubation, design, and deployment, is highly advantageous.
