The AI Decision Science team, specifically focusing on CFO & EV and Fraud Analytics, offers comprehensive capabilities in risk, financial crime, and finance. Our work spans model development, validation, auditing, performance monitoring, governance, and documentation, enabling clients to make informed decisions and strengthen customer relationships.

Engage in client projects involving end-to-end delivery of fraud analytics solutions, from model development and validation to governance and strategy. Advise clients on various fraud management initiatives, including CXO-level engagements. Develop Proof of Concepts for key clients. Contribute to practice enablement by guiding junior team members, driving innovation, and developing thought leadership in fraud analytics trends. Support sales efforts by assisting with RFPs, RFIs, and collateral development.

Up to 40% travel may be required for client engagements.

This role requires 2-5 years of experience in fraud analytics and related areas. While specific degree requirements are not detailed, a strong understanding of model development, validation, and governance is essential. Experience in advising clients on fraud management strategies and delivering end-to-end solutions is highly valued. The ability to guide junior team members and contribute to practice development is also key.
