This role focuses on pioneering the development and deployment of advanced AI agents and multi-modal AI solutions. You will architect intelligent systems capable of autonomously executing complex business workflows. Leveraging state-of-the-art Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for seamless integration, you will create systems that reason, plan, and act independently.

Design and implement sophisticated AI agents using leading frameworks such as AI Refinery, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI. Develop multi-agent systems enabling collaboration, negotiation, and autonomous execution of complex workflows. Integrate the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for fluid communication between AI systems and external tools or APIs. Build and deploy Generative AI applications with advanced reasoning, planning, and execution capabilities. Develop AI solutions incorporating Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Define data requirements, perform cleaning, aggregation, analysis, and interpretation, alongside data quality assessments. Build, deploy, train, and fine-tune AI models and Generative AI applications, including LLMs using large-scale datasets. Evaluate model performance and implement iterative improvements for enhanced accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate on integrating AI solutions into end-to-end workflows, ensuring scalability and robustness. Utilize cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for model development and deployment. Stay abreast of AI and Data Science advancements, exploring innovative techniques and frameworks. Document methodologies and findings for effective knowledge sharing across the team.

Demonstrated expert proficiency in Generative AI, Agentic AI Systems, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Multi-Agent Systems, Python, SQL, and AI Agent Orchestration frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and Spark. Familiarity with MLOps pipelines for agentic systems. Specialized knowledge in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning for agent training is highly valued. Experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models. Possess deep expertise in agentic AI systems with a proven track record of building autonomous AI solutions that can execute complex business workflows. Strong understanding of AI safety, alignment, and governance principles for autonomous systems. Experience with enterprise-grade AI agent deployments and production system management is a plus.
