As an AI Decision Science Analyst, you will spearhead the creation and deployment of advanced AI agents and multi-modal AI solutions designed to autonomously execute complex business workflows. This role involves leveraging state-of-the-art Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations. Your work will build intelligent systems capable of independent reasoning, planning, and action to address multifaceted business challenges across diverse industries. You will be instrumental in driving innovation in autonomous AI solutions and delivering significant client value through sophisticated agent orchestration and seamless system integrations.

- Design and implement advanced AI agents using frameworks like AI Refinery, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and custom architectures. - Develop multi-agent systems for collaborative execution of complex workflows. - Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) for fluid communication between AI systems and external tools/APIs. - Build and deploy Generative AI applications with robust reasoning, planning, and execution capabilities. - Develop solutions leveraging Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs). - Define data needs, perform cleaning, aggregation, analysis, and quality assessments. - Build, deploy, train, and fine-tune AI models and LLMs for optimal performance. - Evaluate model effectiveness and implement iterative improvements. - Collaborate on integrating AI solutions into end-to-end workflows for scalability. - Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model development and deployment. - Stay abreast of AI and Data Science advancements, exploring new techniques and frameworks. - Document methodologies and findings for knowledge sharing.

This role requires deep expertise in agentic AI systems, with a proven history of developing autonomous AI solutions capable of executing intricate business workflows. A strong understanding of AI safety, alignment, and governance principles for autonomous systems is essential. Experience with enterprise-grade AI agent deployments and managing production systems is highly valued.
