Join our AI team as an AI Decision Science Analyst and spearhead the creation and implementation of advanced AI agents and multi-modal AI solutions.

You will develop intelligent systems capable of autonomously managing complex business processes by utilizing state-of-the-art Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Design and build sophisticated AI agents using frameworks like AI Refinery, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI. Develop multi-agent systems for collaborative execution of complex workflows. Implement MCP integrations for seamless AI system communication. Create and deploy Generative AI applications with advanced reasoning and planning capabilities.

Leverage advanced data science techniques including Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and LLMs. Define data needs, perform cleaning and analysis, and ensure data quality. Build and deploy AI models and Generative AI applications, fine-tuning LLMs for optimal performance.

Collaborate on integrating AI solutions into end-to-end workflows, ensuring scalability. Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for model development and deployment. Stay current with AI advancements and document methodologies for knowledge sharing.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in AI/ML, with proven expertise in Generative AI applications and agentic systems, ideally in a consulting capacity.

Expert proficiency is required in Generative AI, Agentic AI Systems, Model Context Protocol (MCP), LLMs, Multi-Agent Systems, Python, SQL, and AI Agent Orchestration frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Spark, and MLOps pipelines is beneficial. Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning for agent training, and Multi-modal AI systems is also valuable.

Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models is essential. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, AI/ML, or a related field, coupled with an excellent academic record, is required.
