Shape the future of AI as an Ind & Func AI Decision Science Analyst, focusing on Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation. This role involves designing, developing, fine-tuning, and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions powered by advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Multi-Agent Systems.

You will build intelligent AI agents capable of sophisticated reasoning, planning, collaboration, and autonomous execution of complex business workflows. This is achieved through the use of cutting-edge orchestration frameworks and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Develop innovative enterprise AI applications that integrate seamlessly with key platforms like ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Teams, Splunk, and various Azure AI Services, databases, and REST APIs. The goal is to automate business processes and significantly enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with solution architects, product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions across diverse industries.

Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated enterprise AI agents using frameworks like AI Refinery and LangGraph, enabling multi-agent systems for complex task execution.

Build and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific enterprise needs, leveraging advanced prompt engineering and techniques like function calling.

Implement enterprise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to enhance AI response accuracy through effective knowledge retrieval.

Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Functions, creating secure and scalable automation workflows.

Implement AI governance, Responsible AI principles, and robust evaluation frameworks to ensure AI quality, safety, and business alignment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable cloud-native AI solutions and participate in the full lifecycle management, including MLOps practices.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in AI/ML is required, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems.

Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade AI solutions within a consulting or enterprise environment is highly preferred.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, supported by an excellent academic record.

Proficiency in core skills like Python, SQL, Generative AI, Agentic AI Systems, LLMs, and enterprise AI solution development is essential for success in this role.
