As a Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing AI-driven BI transformations. This includes defining BI governance, operating models, and assessment frameworks, all while staying at the forefront of AI and Generative AI advancements.

Drive the development of innovative BI Strategy and architecture frameworks through visioning workshops, ensuring alignment with client goals. Conduct thorough evaluations of existing client processes, technologies, and data ecosystems to identify AI integration opportunities.

Collaborate with industry and function teams to understand business challenges and translate them into BI, BI Governance, AI-enabled BI, and Operating Model strategies. Develop comprehensive target strategies for Business Intelligence, Tools & Technology, BI Operating Model, BI Governance, and AI Enabled BI needs, including key initiatives and roadmaps.

Propose optimal Large Language Models (LLMs) based on a selection framework, serving as a trusted advisor to clients on AI-enabled BI. Design persona-based BI strategies for enterprise functions and co-create innovative solutions with cross-functional teams. Architect, deliver, and design BI-enabled AI solutions to address complex customer challenges.

Lead client engagements with confidence, overseeing project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to equip client stakeholders with the skills for AI-driven transformation. Continuously enhance internal capabilities by staying updated on emerging BI, Data, and AI analytics trends. Participate in BI, AI-enabled BI, and Analytics aligned solutions and client demos.

We are seeking candidates with 6-9 years of experience in BI strategy, management, or a related field, including hands-on client-facing BI strategy development and implementation. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is required.

Essential qualifications include strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to assess client infrastructure for BI and AI integration opportunities. Displayed expertise in AI technologies such as machine learning, NLP, and deep learning is crucial. Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scaled AI and data analytics solutions is expected. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and execute AI solutions is a key requirement. A strong understanding of Gen AI preferences, behaviors, and values, along with practical experience with various LLMs, is also necessary. Working experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques is fundamental. Familiarity with MLOps tools and services from a strategic perspective is a plus.
