Manage SAP MM and WM module operations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants, providing guidance and support for project delivery and issue resolution.

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee the implementation of SAP MM and WM functionalities.

Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage multiple client engagements concurrently.

Participate in the entire SAP implementation lifecycle, from business workshops and configuration to testing, cutover, and go-live.

Work closely with development and technical teams to facilitate customizations and enhancements.

Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority tickets, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Optimize warehouse management processes, including STO, inbound/outbound operations, and physical inventory counts.

Configure and support various SAP WM functionalities such as picking/placement strategies, handling unit management, and mobile data entry.

Ensure efficient integration of SAP WM with MM, SD, and PP modules.

Requires 7-8 years of relevant SAP MM experience, with a minimum of 1 year specifically in Warehouse Management.

Must possess 8 years of SAP S/4HANA Implementation experience in MM, including at least two end-to-end implementations and template rollout experience.

Proficiency in end-to-end implementation processes: business workshops, AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, configuration, customization, testing, cutover, and go-live.

Strong experience working with development/technical teams and handling enhancements, rollouts, and customer projects.

In-depth knowledge of integrations with all SAP modules, 3rd party interfaces, and IDOCs.

Expertise in SAP WM, including priority ticket support, EDI communication, STO processes, inbound/outbound operations, and physical inventory management.

Hands-on experience with cross-docking, TRM, replenishment processes, and warehouse structure setup (warehouse number, storage type, bin, etc.).

Familiarity with picking/placement strategies, warehouse management integration with MM/SD/PP, and handling unit management.

Proficiency in mobile data entry standard and custom transactions.

Knowledge of LE shipping functions, including configuration of shipping types, routes, and transportation groups.

Experience with SAP WM-ERP Master Data integration via Core Interfaces and configuration of packing, quality inspection, and slotting.

Understanding of interdependencies between SAP PP, PP-PI, MM, QM, and WM modules.

Strong exposure to Radio Frequency (Mobile Data Entry) functionalities and Handling Unit / Batch Management processes.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills are essential.

Ability to work in a 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM shift.
