As a SAP WFS Consultant, you will analyze business requirements, configure and implement Workforce Software (WFS) modules, and design comprehensive solutions for time tracking, scheduling, and absence management. You will integrate WFS with SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, configure work rules, and develop functional specifications. The role involves conducting workshops, supporting testing phases, troubleshooting production issues, and delivering end-user training.

The ideal candidate possesses 6+ years of experience in Workforce Software implementation, with at least one end-to-end WFS project. A strong understanding of Workforce management principles is essential. Certification in PT102/PT103 is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
