Lead and execute SAP FI VIM design, configuration, and implementation projects. Conduct Business Blueprint design workshops and prepare functional gap analyses. Configure core VIM modules such as Invoice Capture Center, Business Capture Center, IES, and integrate with Open Text Archive Server, SAP AP, AR, GL, and external systems like Ariba. Manage complex enhancements in OpenText VIM, design invoice workflow approvals, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and applications. Provide end-user guidance, support testing, training, and post-go-live phases, while effectively troubleshooting and resolving VIM-related issues.

A qualified Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an MBA in Finance from a reputable institution is required, along with 3-7 years of hands-on VIM implementation experience. You must have completed 2 or more end-to-end VIM implementations (versions 7.5 or higher) and possess experience with upgrade projects and post-upgrade activities. Strong knowledge of SAP VIM modules, configurations, and integrations with SAP AP, AR, GL, and external applications like Ariba is essential. Proficiency in conducting design workshops, preparing gap analyses, and handling complex enhancements is mandatory. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are vital for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
