Lead end-to-end SAP OpenText VIM implementation and support projects for invoice automation. Configure and manage invoice processing workflows for various invoice types (PO, Non-PO, Down Payment). Design invoice capture solutions leveraging OCR, email, IDocs, manual uploads, and IES/BCC integration. Implement automatic account assignment logic, including G/L accounts, cost centers, and expense types. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams for solution design, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP OpenText VIM with hands-on implementation experience. Proficiency in BCC, Invoice Extraction Service (IES), and various invoice ingestion channels is essential. Experience in workflow configuration, Chart of Accounts (CoA), and invoice approval processes is required. A solid understanding of SAP Finance processes and end-to-end Accounts Payable automation is needed. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role.
