Lead the SS FLM group to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries. Review support execution and reporting across various accounts, providing necessary guidance. Maintain a high standard of team competence and operational excellence. Make crucial business decisions to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Serve as the primary escalation point of contact for Account Delivery Managers. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and overall delivery excellence. Manage people aspects including resource allocation, workload assignments, and utilization benchmarks. Conduct periodic reviews, manage recognition programs, and handle resource attrition and retention.

Coordinate with HR, IT, and Admin functions to foster a supportive work environment. Ensure adherence to SLAs, manage daily troubleshooting, and maintain ticket updates.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of SAP environments. Experience in managing project delivery, operational excellence, and people management is essential. Proven ability to handle escalations and drive continuous improvement is also required. Familiarity with SLA adherence and ticket management processes is expected.
