Lead the technical architecture, development, and integration of SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions, including S/4HANA embedded TM and standalone TM.

Oversee development teams, ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices for high-quality deliverables.

Design and implement solutions for complex enhancements, performance optimization, and interface enablement.

Analyze client business problems, conduct detailed analysis, and develop effective solutions.

Provide technical guidance and support for SAP TM-related projects and troubleshoot technical issues.

Collaborate closely with functional counterparts and cross-module teams to achieve targeted project outcomes.

Stay current with emerging SAP technologies, industry trends, and methodologies, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning.

Conduct system testing and user training to ensure efficient utilization of SAP TM functionalities.

Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requires 4-5 years of experience in SAP TM implementation, support, and upgrade projects. Must have hands-on experience with end-to-end implementations, integrations, testing, and application support in S/4HANA embedded TM and latest SAP TM versions.

Proficiency in ABAP OO, BOPF, FPM, FBI, POWL, PPF, and PCF is essential. Expertise in the BOPF framework, including consumer implementation and Enhancement Workbench, is required.

Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP TM architecture, frameworks, enhancement points, and BAdIs. Strong experience with ALE/IDoc and CPI/PI integration concepts is also necessary.

Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams from modules like OTC and EWM for seamless integration scenarios. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for coordinating across diverse teams.

A degree in Engineering or a Master’s degree/MBA in Supply Chain is required. Experience working in SAP TM integration areas is highly desired. Exposure to Agile frameworks is advantageous.
