Develop, test, and deploy robust SAP TM and ABAP solutions in alignment with architectural designs, ensuring smooth implementation and transition to support teams. Collaborate with functional counterparts and cross-module teams to achieve targeted outcomes and integrate non-SAP applications, addressing internal business pain points.

Stay at the forefront of SAP technologies, embracing continuous learning and maintaining current industry knowledge. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the SAP TM module and its integrations. Adhere to best practices for code quality and timely delivery. Provide technical guidance and support for SAP TM projects, conduct system testing, and user training. Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal efficiency.

Exhibit strong communication skills, possess a motivated and hardworking attitude, and demonstrate excellent time management. Experience with Agile frameworks is beneficial, and relevant SAP TM certifications are a plus.

Requires 4-5 years of experience in SAP TM implementation, support, and upgrade projects. Proven experience in end-to-end implementations, integration, testing, and application support for S/4HANA embedded TM and SAP TM (latest versions).

Must possess expertise in ABAP OO, BOPF, FPM, FBI, and have worked with POWL, PPF, PCF, and Conditions. Demonstrates expert knowledge in the BOPF framework, including consumer implementation and Enhancement Workbench. Deep understanding of SAP TM architecture, frameworks, enhancement points, and BAdIs is essential.

Experience with Business Objects Node elements (Determination, Action, Validation), logic building around Business Object instance modification, Charge Management frameworks, and Strategies. Strong ALE/IDoc and CPI/PI integration concepts are required. Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams from modules like OTC and EWM for integration scenarios is crucial. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills are necessary for cross-team coordination.
