This role is pivotal in leading the technical architecture, development, and integration of SAP Transportation Management within S/4HANA or standalone TM environments. Lead the technical design, development, and integration of SAP Transportation Management solutions. Oversee development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Support complex enhancements, performance tuning, and interface enablement for SAP TM. Analyze client business needs and propose technical solutions. Explore and adopt new SAP technologies and methodologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the SAP TM module and its integrations. Collaborate effectively with functional counterparts and cross-module teams. Conduct system testing and user training. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP TM features and industry trends.

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in SAP TM implementation, support, and upgrade projects. Proven experience in end-to-end implementations, integration, testing, and application support, specifically with S/4HANA embedded TM and latest SAP TM versions. Proficiency in ABAP OO, BOPF, FPM, FBI, POWL, PPF, PCF, and Conditions is essential. Expertise in the BOPF framework, including consumer implementation and Enhancement Workbench. Deep understanding of SAP TM architecture, frameworks, enhancement points, and BAdIs. Strong knowledge of Business Objects Node elements, Charge Management frameworks, and Strategies. Solid experience with ALE/IDoc and CPI/PI integration concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A degree in Engineering, a Master's degree, or an MBA in Supply Chain Area is required.
