Lead the successful delivery of SAP TM module-related objectives within SAP and S/4HANA implementation, support, and upgrade projects, ensuring adherence to engagement goals and budget.

Facilitate client design workshops, manage requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, and create functional specifications. Oversee system configuration, testing, and cutover activities for both standalone SAP TM and embedded SAP TM in S/4HANA.

Design robust integrations for the SAP TM system with other SAP/S/4HANA modules (e.g., EWM, SD, MM) and third-party systems.

Provide essential functional and business process expertise to the project team, resolving TM-related client issues and mentoring junior consultants.

Handle diverse, industry-specific complex TM scenarios for shippers, LSPs, and carriers.

Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals, define SAP TM scope, and provide effort estimations for new opportunities, presenting EY's SAP TM capabilities to potential clients.

Possess 5-7 years of professional experience in SAP TM implementation, support, and upgrade projects. A strong foundation in functional and business knowledge is essential, with a proven track record in multiple end-to-end implementations, integrations, testing, and application support for S/4HANA embedded TM and the latest SAP TM versions.

Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams from modules such as OTC and EWM for seamless integration scenarios. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for inter-team coordination. You should be adept at leading workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of all L3 aspects of SAP TM, including Order Management (Logistics Integration, Freight Unit, Forwarding Order, Freight Order, Freight Booking), Transportation Planning and Execution, Carrier Selection, Charge Calculation, Freight Settlement, and Invoice Integration. Proficiency in Master Data setup for Resources, Locations, and Business Partners is required.

Expertise in Transportation Planning strategies, including manual planning, the Transportation Cockpit, optimizer-based planning (VSR), and automated freight unit building. Advanced understanding of Freight Order Lifecycle Management, Freight Tendering processes, Subcontracting, Execution monitoring, Charge calculation, Freight Agreement Management, Rate tables, and Transportation cost allocation.

Skilled in SAP TM configuration and customizing across all functional areas, including master data, organizational structures, and planning profiles. Experience with data migration methodologies such as DRF, LSMW, SAP Data Services, or Migration Cockpit is expected. Familiarity with SAP TM on HANA optimization, performance tuning, and analytics capabilities is advantageous.

Extensive knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations across various transportation modes (road, rail, ocean, air, intermodal). Familiarity with carrier management practices, freight procurement, contract negotiations, and service level agreements. Understanding of industry best practices, benchmarks, and emerging trends in logistics is a plus.

Proven ability to engage with clients, support strategic decision-making, and gather requirements through workshops and analysis. Experience in change management, organizational adoption strategies, project governance, risk management, and proactive issue resolution is expected.

A degree in Engineering or an MBA in Supply Chain is required. Experience working in the integration area of SAP TM with other modules is highly desired. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience specifically in SAP TM is mandatory.
