EY is seeking a senior SAP TM Functional Consultant to lead complex SAP Transportation Management transformations. As a SAP TM Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of SAP TM module deliverables within SAP and S/4HANA implementation, support, and upgrade projects. You will lead client design workshops, conduct requirement gathering, develop solutions, perform fit-gap analysis, and create functional specifications. Key activities include system configuration, testing, and cutover for both standalone SAP TM and embedded SAP TM in S/4HANA. You will design integrations with other SAP/S/4HANA modules (e.g., EWM, SD, MM) and third-party systems, providing functional and business process expertise. Additionally, you will resolve client issues, mentor junior team members, and handle complex industry-specific TM scenarios for shippers, LSPs, and carriers. You will also collaborate with sales teams on proposals, define SAP TM scope, and estimate efforts for new opportunities, presenting EY's SAP TM capabilities to potential clients.

This role requires 5-7 years of experience in SAP TM implementation, support, and upgrade projects, with a strong understanding of S/4HANA embedded TM and latest SAP TM versions. You must possess excellent functional and business knowledge, having worked on multiple end-to-end implementations, integrations, testing, and application support. The ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams from modules like OTC and EWM for integration scenarios is crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for coordinating across teams, and you should be adept at leading workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders. While not mandatory, knowledge in ABAP and debugging would be beneficial. A degree in Engineering or an MBA in Supply Chain Area is required, and SAP TM certification is desired. Experience in integrating SAP TM with other areas is also valuable.
