Join EY as a Senior SAP TM Functional Consultant and drive successful Transportation Management (TM) module implementations on SAP Distribution engagements. You will play a crucial role in the design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP solutions, integrating them seamlessly into client business environments to achieve tangible business results. Lead SAP TM module deliverables for SAP and S/4HANA implementation, support, and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with engagement objectives and budget. Facilitate client workshops, spearhead requirement gathering, solution design, gap analysis, and functional specification writing. Configure SAP TM, manage testing, and oversee cutover activities for both standalone SAP systems and embedded SAP TM in S/4HANA. Ensure smooth integration of SAP TM with other SAP/S/4HANA modules (e.g., EWM, SD, MM) and third-party systems. Provide expert functional and business process guidance to project teams, resolve TM-related client issues, and mentor junior consultants. Address complex, industry-specific TM scenarios for shippers, LSPs, and carriers. Collaborate with sales teams on proposals, defining SAP TM scope, and estimating effort for new opportunities, showcasing SAP TM capabilities to potential clients. Possess strong knowledge in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support. Prioritize work effectively within teams to drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs.

A minimum of 5 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to SAP TM implementation, support, and upgrade projects. Essential functional and business knowledge is required, alongside practical experience in implementation, integration, testing, and application support within S/4HANA embedded TM and SAP TM version 9.5. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams from modules such as OTC and EWM for integration scenarios is crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for coordinating across various teams. The candidate must be capable of leading workshops or technical sessions with business stakeholders. Strong proficiency in BRF+, PPF, and BOPF is expected. Experience in leading and mentoring junior consultants is highly desirable. A degree in Engineering or an MBA with a specialization in Supply Chain is required. Experience in integration areas of SAP TM and other SAP modules is a significant advantage. Knowledge in ABAP and debugging skills would be considered a plus.
