Join EY as a Senior SAP TM Functional Manager and lead complex transportation management transformation initiatives. You will leverage deep SAP TM expertise and strategic consulting skills to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end transportation solutions, driving operational excellence, cost reduction, and supply chain visibility. This role involves client sales opportunities, bid and proposal efforts, system configuration, problem analysis, and contributing to practice growth and innovation.

Drive the successful delivery of SAP TM module-related objectives within SAP and S/4HANA implementation, support, and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with engagement goals and budget. Lead client design workshops, gathering requirements, designing solutions, conducting fit-gap analyses, and creating functional specifications. Manage system configuration, testing, and cutover activities for both standalone SAP TM and embedded SAP TM in S/4HANA.

Design and implement integrations between SAP TM and other SAP/S/4HANA modules (e.g., EWM, SD, MM) or third-party systems. Provide expert functional and business process guidance to the project team, effectively resolving client issues and mentoring junior team members. Address complex, industry-specific SAP TM scenarios for shippers, LSPs, and carriers. Collaborate with the sales team on proposals, defining SAP TM scope, estimating effort for new opportunities, and presenting EY's SAP TM capabilities to prospective clients.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP TM implementation, support, and upgrade projects is required. Candidates must possess strong functional and business knowledge, with a proven track record in multiple end-to-end implementations, integration, testing, and application support for both S/4HANA embedded TM and SAP TM (latest versions).

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams from modules like OTC and EWM for integration scenarios is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective coordination across teams. The candidate should be capable of leading workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders. While not mandatory, knowledge in ABAP and debugging is considered a valuable asset. A degree in Engineering or an MBA in Supply Chain is required, with a preference for SAP certification in SAP TM.
