Join EY as a SAP TM Functional Manager and lead complex SAP Transportation Management transformation initiatives. You'll leverage deep SAP TM expertise and strategic consulting skills to design and implement end-to-end transportation solutions. Lead SAP TM module deliverables in SAP and S/4HANA implementation, support, and upgrade projects. Design and conduct client workshops, gathering requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and creating functional specifications. Configure SAP TM systems, manage testing, and oversee cutover activities. Design integrations between SAP TM, other SAP/S/4HANA modules (e.g., EWM, SD, MM), and third-party systems. Provide functional and business process expertise, resolve client issues, and mentor junior team members. Handle complex TM scenarios for shippers, LSPs, and carriers. Support sales teams with proposals, scope definition, and effort estimations.

Requires 8-10 years of experience in SAP TM implementation, support, and upgrade projects, with strong functional and business knowledge in S/4HANA embedded TM and SAP TM. Candidates must have experience in end-to-end implementations, integration, and testing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for cross-team coordination and leading client workshops. Proficiency in core SAP TM competencies including Order Management, Transportation Planning and Execution, Carrier Selection, Charge Calculation, and Freight Settlement is necessary. Experience with Master Data setup, SAP TM integration with SAP ERP logistics, and various transportation planning strategies is required. Familiarity with BRF+ conditions and data migration methodologies is a plus. A degree in Engineering or an MBA in Supply Chain is required. Desired SAP certification on SAP TM and experience in SAP TM integration areas are preferred.
