This role focuses on leveraging SAP TM within SAP S/4HANA to enhance transportation and logistics processes. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering significant business value.

As an SAP TM Functional Consultant, you will lead the design and implementation of transportation solutions in SAP S/4HANA. This includes conducting business workshops, gathering requirements, and configuring key SAP TM functionalities like freight planning, carrier selection, and execution.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure integrated end-to-end solutions. Your responsibilities extend to leading testing, user training, cutover activities, and providing expert support for continuous process improvement.

We are seeking professionals with 4 to 12 years of SAP experience, possessing strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and logistics execution.

Proven hands-on experience is required in areas such as transportation planning, freight order management, carrier management, freight costing, and freight settlement. Prior experience in delivering end-to-end SAP TM implementations and enhancements using SAP best practices and the SAP Activate methodology is essential. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills are key, particularly within global, cross-functional project environments.
