Develop and implement SAP ABAP solutions for HR modules, focusing on RICEF objects, Smartforms, and Module Pool programming.

Utilize knowledge of BAPI, BADI, User Exits, and Screen Exits to customize and enhance SAP systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of SAP HR applications.

Requires 5-8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development projects, with a focus on HR modules.

Proficiency in developing RICEF Objects, Smartforms, and Module Pool.

Solid understanding of BAPI, BADI, User Exits, and Screen Exits is essential.

Familiarity with HANA, Gateway, and UI5 is considered an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to interact effectively with customers and adapt to project needs.
