NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic SAP Tech Delivery Manager to spearhead technology solutions across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain domains. This position focuses on leading the complete lifecycle of technology initiatives, from initial planning through to deployment and ongoing support. You will be instrumental in guiding SAP solution delivery across critical platforms like S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, and Fiori, alongside managing complex integration and modernization programs using SAP CPI, PI/PO, and APIs.

As the SAP Tech Delivery Manager, you will own the successful delivery of business and technology projects, managing them from inception to completion. Your responsibilities include leading SAP solution delivery across S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, BlackLine, Fiori, and related enterprise applications.

You will also drive integration and modernization initiatives involving SAP CPI, PI/PO, APIs, and middleware. Key aspects of the role include managing delivery governance, risks, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and quality. Effective collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and vendors is crucial. You will ensure application stability through robust Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes, while also supporting cloud migration, integration transformation, security, and compliance efforts. Driving continuous improvement via automation, AI/Copilot adoption, and best practices is a core expectation. Supplier performance and resource planning will also fall under your purview.

Ideal candidates will possess proven experience in delivering SAP Finance, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain solutions. A strong command of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, CPI, PI/PO, and Fiori is essential.

We require experience leading enterprise integration, migration, modernization, and transformation programs. A solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, governance frameworks, and project execution is necessary. Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership are highly valued. Experience managing incident, change, release, and service management processes is also key. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are fundamental for this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with CPI migration, PI/PO-to-CPI transformations, and exposure to SAP Cloud Integration, API Management, Power BI, AI/Copilot, and automation initiatives. Knowledge of SAP cloud migration and digital transformation strategies, along with relevant certifications, would be advantageous.
