Seeking an experienced SAP Tech Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology solution delivery across critical Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of business transformations, system enhancements, application modernization, and operational improvements. You will be accountable for delivery governance, technical coordination, robust stakeholder engagement, proactive risk management, and maintaining service stability across comprehensive SAP and enterprise application landscapes.

This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, requiring a blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility. We are looking for a strategic leader adept at driving complex projects to successful completion.

Drive the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives within Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain domains. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial demand intake through planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Ensure all delivery commitments are met within the agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget. Champion Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies to enhance predictability, transparency, and customer satisfaction.

Lead the delivery and support of solutions including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, BlackLine, Fiori, and other Finance & Supply Chain applications. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, business analysts, testers, and external suppliers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards. Oversee SAP CPI initiatives, integration enhancements, SAP PI/PO landscapes, and coordinate API, middleware, and enterprise integration deliveries.

Demonstrate strong experience in delivering SAP Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain solutions. Possess a hands-on understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW, and related applications, coupled with proven experience in delivering SAP CPI, PI/PO, and enterprise integration solutions. A solid grasp of Agile, Scrum, and delivery governance practices is essential, along with experience managing technical dependencies across multiple teams and suppliers. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are required, alongside experience in incident, change, and release management processes.
