We are seeking a seasoned SAP Tech Delivery Manager to spearhead the end-to-end execution of technology solutions for our Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain platforms. This role is pivotal in driving business change, enhancing systems, modernizing applications, and optimizing operations.

You will be instrumental in managing delivery governance, technical coordination, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation across our SAP and enterprise application landscapes, ensuring overall service stability.

Lead the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives within Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain domains, overseeing the entire lifecycle from demand to post-implementation support.

Ensure all delivery commitments are met within the defined scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget. Drive the adoption of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies to boost predictability and customer satisfaction.

Manage the delivery and support of solutions across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW/BI, BlackLine, and Fiori, as well as other Finance & Supply Chain applications. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, business analysts, and testers, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise architecture.

Spearhead SAP CPI (Cloud Integration Suite) initiatives and integration enhancements, alongside managing SAP PI/PO landscapes, migrations, and upgrades. Oversee API, middleware, and enterprise integration deliveries across multiple platforms, supporting cloud migration and integration modernization. Ensure robust integration design, performance, security, and operational readiness.

Serve as the main delivery contact for business and technology stakeholders, providing transparent reporting on progress, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans. Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder updates, collaborating to prioritize demand and manage competing priorities.

Maintain production stability and service continuity for critical business applications, leading incident, problem, and change management activities. Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting audit, compliance, and security requirements.

Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and managed service providers, supporting delivery planning, resource allocation, and capacity management. Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations.

A strong background in delivering SAP Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain solutions is essential. You should possess hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, BW, and related applications, along with experience in delivering SAP CPI, PI/PO, and enterprise integration solutions.

Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and delivery governance practices is required. Experience managing technical dependencies across multiple teams and suppliers is crucial, complemented by strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with incident, change, and release management processes is also necessary.

Desirable skills include experience with SAP CPI Migration programs, SAP PI/PO to CPI transformations, Cloud Integration, API Management, Power BI, AI, Copilot, automation initiatives, and relevant certifications such as SAFe, Agile, ITIL, or Project Management.
