Lead end-to-end SAP data migration projects using Syniti ADMM, ensuring successful delivery.

Manage and mentor high-performing teams, accurately estimate project efforts, and engage with diverse stakeholders.

Develop detailed technical specifications and leverage expertise in tools like LTMC and Migrate your Data App.

Apply strong analytical skills to resolve ETL issues independently and drive requirement gathering workshops with clients.

Possess extensive experience in Syniti SAP Advanced Data Migration and Management (ADMM) design and architecture.

Demonstrate proficiency in at least one full SAP data migration project utilizing ADMM.

Exhibit strong domain knowledge across various SAP modules such as MM, OTC, PM, FI, SCM, and PTP.

Experience with other ETL tools like SAP BODS, and creating profiling rules, mappings, and construction sheets with Syniti Replicate is advantageous.
