Lead and manage SAP Advanced Data Migration and Management (ADMM) design and architecture within client projects.

Oversee at least one end-to-end SAP data migration project utilizing ADMM.

Guide high-performing teams, accurately estimate effort, and engage project stakeholders for successful delivery.

Conduct requirement gathering workshops and deliver comprehensive data solutions, connecting effectively with customers.

Analyze and resolve ETL issues independently, leveraging strong analytical skills.

A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Syniti SAP ADMM design and architecture is essential.

Proven experience with at least one complete SAP data migration project using ADMM.

Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, estimate project efforts, and manage stakeholders.

Familiarity with other ETL tools, such as SAP BODS, is advantageous.

Possess strong domain knowledge in areas like MM, OTC, PM, FI, SCM, or PTP.

Experience in creating Technical Specification documents, understanding LTMC / Migrate your Data App, and working with Syniti Replicate are required. Candidates must also be adept at creating profiling rules and mappings.
