Seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant to drive enterprise application initiatives. This role focuses on delivering robust SAP SF solutions, particularly within Employee Central.

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors, with a core focus on Employee Central.

Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Develop and configure complex business rules, workflows, MDF objects, and foundation objects.

Ensure seamless integration of Employee Central with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems.

Provide expert guidance on security frameworks, role-based permissions, and reporting capabilities.

Collaborate with business users and HR stakeholders to define and deliver optimal solutions aligned with organizational needs.

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors is required, including extensive expertise in Employee Central functionalities.

Mandatory functional proficiency in Employee Central is essential, covering business rules, workflows, MDF/foundation objects, position management, RBP, and data models.

Demonstrated hands-on experience in configuring business rules, workflows, MDF objects, foundation objects, EC data models, picklists, and security roles is crucial.

Experience with integration technologies such as SAP CPI, BIB, APIs, and OData services is expected.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills are necessary for success in this role.

A Graduate degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or Business Administration is required. An MBA or Post Graduation degree is advantageous.
