You will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge HCM technology and processes, ensuring seamless integration and comprehensive end-to-end testing.

Ideal candidates possess deep functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central integration, coupled with exceptional consulting skills. Your expertise will guide clients through implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support, driving operational excellence.

Act as a trusted advisor, aligning client hiring and onboarding strategies with SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 capabilities and industry best practices.

Provide thought leadership on modern recruiting, digital adoption, and the Intelligent Enterprise.

Engage in application-specific solution consulting, including blueprint creation, implementation, testing, and user training.

Execute at least two end-to-end SF Onboarding 2.0 implementations and provide ongoing support.

Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including onboarding programs, tasks, data collection, compliance forms, and notifications.

Configure crossboarding, offboarding, and rehire processes, as well as integrations with other modules.

Deliver client-facing services and leverage knowledge of SF EC, Position Management, RCM, and RMK modules.

Possess 3-8 years of relevant work experience in SAP SF.

Must hold a certification in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Employee Central Core by SAP.

Demonstrate exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, alongside strong analysis and troubleshooting abilities.

Experience leading cross-functional implementation projects, preferably within a consulting setting.

Proficiency in configuring compliance forms, custom forms, business rules, MDF objects, workflows, home pages, and dashboards.

Familiarity with SAP Joule for SuccessFactors is beneficial.
