Seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with over 8 years of experience in implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System. This role requires deep expertise in learning administration, curriculum management, content integration, and platform integrations.

Key to this position is the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, manage full lifecycle LMS projects, and provide production support while upholding best practices.

The ideal candidate will drive successful learning strategies and ensure seamless system operations.

Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementations and support. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for learning processes. Configure learning items, curricula, programs, assignments, and learning paths. Manage instructor-led, virtual, and online learning programs, including certification and compliance. Collaborate with HR, Training, Compliance, and Business teams on learning strategies. Configure LMS workflows, notifications, and support integrations with Employee Central and other systems. Coordinate LMS data migration and validation, as well as SSO configurations. Troubleshoot system issues and conduct root cause analysis. Develop and maintain various LMS reports using Plateau, Story, People Analytics, and Canvas. Analyze learning completion and compliance metrics. Lead workshops, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate SIT, UAT, and production deployments. Liaise with SAP support and vendors for issue resolution.

A minimum of 8 years of HRIS/HCM experience is essential. Possess at least 5 years of direct, hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning. Demonstrate prior experience in support, enhancement, and rollout projects. Proven track record in managing global learning and compliance programs. Must hold a certification in SAP SuccessFactors LMS. Strong technical skills include Integration Center, LMS Connectors, Data Migration, and SSO Configuration. Functional proficiency is required in Learning Administration, Curriculum Management, Assignment Profiles, Program Management, Compliance Training, and Certification Management. Familiarity with Employee Central Integration is also a key requirement.
