Seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors professionals to drive implementations and provide expert consulting. This role focuses on leveraging the full suite of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment, Performance, Goals, and Payroll. You will be instrumental in guiding global organizations through cloud migration and optimizing their HR processes.

Manage and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession, Onboarding, Recruitment, and Payroll. Define business requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and create solution designs in compliance with best practices. Translate business needs into system configurations and XML templates.

Develop test scripts, perform functional testing, and document results. Integrate SuccessFactors solutions with SAP HRIS and third-party systems. Provide project team orientation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for clients and end-users. Optimize payroll workflows and ensure compliance with regulations.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, business partners, and development teams. Identify benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system designs. Manage performance management cycles and continuous feedback mechanisms.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related Business Discipline. Minimum of 5-6 years of extensive SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience across various modules. Expertise in SuccessFactors project management methodologies and deliverables is essential.

Demonstrate strong hands-on configuration and deployment experience, particularly with Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession, and Recruiting. A solid understanding of XML, particularly for Goal Plan and Performance Management templates, is mandatory.

Proven ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in multiple languages is required. Certification in relevant SuccessFactors modules is highly preferred.
