Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, from initial design to post-go-live stabilization.

Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and perform fit-gap analyses to define optimal solution designs.

Configure various SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Onboarding, Recruitment, and Employee Central Payroll, ensuring compliance with best practices.

Develop test scripts, execute functional application testing, and document results meticulously.

Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, business partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and integration with other systems and SAP modules.

Provide project team orientation and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and end-users.

Manage system configurations, integrations, and ongoing system maintenance and optimization.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Human Resources, or a related business discipline is required.

Possess a minimum of 5-6 years of comprehensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and consulting, with a focus on modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Onboarding, Recruitment, and Employee Central Payroll.

Demonstrate strong expertise in SuccessFactors project management methodologies and deliverables.

Proficiency in XML configuration is essential, particularly for Goal Management and Performance Management templates.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, coupled with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, is expected.
