Cultivate strong client relationships and manage all engagement aspects, guiding them through SAP transformation approaches. Build enduring client partnerships through successful SAP deliveries. Develop and upskill talent within SAP S/4 capabilities and domains, attracting and hiring skilled professionals.

Proven experience managing global SAP transformation programs, ideally S/4, with end-to-end ownership. Possess a strong functional or technical SAP foundation. Demonstrate experience in client-facing roles on-site. Ability to effectively engage clients on S/4 conversions across all project phases and interact with CXOs to lead SteerCo meetings. Capable of building robust global teams to manage transformation initiatives. Experience with Agile SAP delivery and providing strategic direction for S/4 transformations is essential. Excellent communication, executive presence, relationship-building, and people leadership skills are required.
