As an SAP Signavio Solution Lead, you will spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge business process intelligence and management solutions. Your expertise with the SAP Signavio suite, including Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Process Collaboration Hub, and Journey Modeler, will be crucial. This role acts as a vital link between business process strategy and SAP technical execution, guiding clients through the entire lifecycle of process discovery, mining, modeling, and continuous improvement.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to drive significant impact, often as a key component of larger S/4HANA transformations or RISE with SAP initiatives.

Your core responsibilities will involve leading the complete Signavio solution design, encompassing process discovery, as-is/to-be modeling, and insightful process mining with benchmarking against SAP best practices.

You will architect robust integrations between SAP Signavio and other critical systems like S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and various third-party platforms for seamless process mining data extraction. Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders to pinpoint pain points, identify automation opportunities, and drive standardization will be key.

Furthermore, you'll define effective governance models for process documentation, ownership, and lifecycle management within Signavio. Translating complex mined process insights into actionable transformation roadmaps, directly linking findings to S/4HANA migration or AMS optimization, is a significant aspect of this role. You will also configure and customize Signavio Process Intelligence dashboards, KPIs, and conformance checks, and collaborate closely with SAP functional and technical teams to align process models with system design decisions. Mentoring junior consultants and supporting pre-sales activities will round out your contributions.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years in SAP consulting, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager and Process Intelligence) and Process Insight. A strong grasp of BPMN 2.0 notation and established process modeling standards is essential.

Experience with process mining concepts and tools such as Signavio Process Intelligence, Celonis, or similar is required. Familiarity with S/4HANA business processes across at least one core module area (e.g., O2C, P2P, R2R) is necessary. Experience integrating Signavio with SAP systems via APIs or connectors is also a must.

Exceptional stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills are paramount. While not mandatory, an SAP Signavio certification (Process Manager or Process Intelligence) and a consulting/SI background with client-facing delivery experience are highly preferred. Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), exposure to RISE with SAP transformations, and familiarity with AI-driven process recommendations like Joule are considered advantageous. Industry vertical experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or hi-tech is a plus.
