Seeking a dynamic SAP Signavio Solution Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge business process intelligence and management solutions. This pivotal role leverages the SAP Signavio suite, including Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Process Collaboration Hub, and Journey Modeler. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between strategic business processes and SAP technical delivery, guiding clients through comprehensive process discovery, mining, modeling, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is often integral to larger S/4HANA transformations or RISE with SAP programs.

This role demands leadership in end-to-end Signavio solution design, encompassing process discovery, as-is/to-be modeling, process mining, and benchmarking against SAP best practices.

Key duties include architecting integrations between SAP Signavio and S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and third-party systems for robust process mining data extraction. You will also facilitate crucial workshops with business stakeholders to pinpoint pain points, identify automation opportunities, and define standardization potential.

Further responsibilities involve defining governance models for process documentation, ownership, and lifecycle management within Signavio, and translating mined process insights into actionable transformation roadmaps that align with S/4HANA migration or AMS optimization goals. Configuration of Signavio Process Intelligence dashboards, KPIs, and conformance checks is also expected. Collaboration with SAP functional and technical teams is vital to ensure process models align with system design decisions. You will mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and client demos.

We are looking for professionals with over 5 years of experience in SAP consulting, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager and Process Intelligence) and Process Insight.

A strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 notation and process modeling standards is essential. Prior experience with process mining concepts and tools (Signavio Process Intelligence, Celonis, or similar) is required. Familiarity with S/4HANA business processes across at least one core module area (O2C, P2P, R2R, etc.) and experience integrating Signavio with SAP systems via APIs or connectors are also necessary.

Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills are a must. While SAP Signavio certification (Process Manager or Process Intelligence) is preferred, a strong consulting/SI background with client-facing delivery experience is highly valued. Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), exposure to RISE with SAP transformation programs, and familiarity with Joule/AI-driven process recommendations are considered advantageous. Industry vertical experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or hi-tech is a plus. Strong communication skills to translate technical details into business value, comfort with ambiguity, and a collaborative spirit are key soft skills.
