As an SAP Signavio Expert, you will: - Design, model, and document end-to-end business processes using SAP Signavio Process Manager (BPMN 2.0, EPC, value chain diagrams), ensuring alignment with organizational standards. - Analyze process execution data using SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, visualizing insights from systems like SAP ECC/S4HANA, Salesforce, and ServiceNow. - Manage the Signavio Collaboration Hub for stakeholder feedback and sign-off. - Develop workflows with Signavio Workflow Accelerator to operationalize process improvements and collaborate on automation opportunities identified through process mining.

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in Business Process Management and Process Excellence, possessing a minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on experience with the SAP Signavio suite. Essential tools include Process Manager, Process Intelligence (Process Mining), Collaboration Hub, Journey Modeler, and Workflow Accelerator.

A solid understanding of BPMN 2.0, EPC notation, value chain diagrams, and process architecture frameworks is crucial. Experience in extracting, cleansing, and analyzing event logs, performing conformance checking, and conducting root-cause analysis is also required.
