We are seeking an experienced SAP SF Time Management Consultant to drive innovation and deliver robust solutions. This role is integral to helping clients unlock technological value and build a more sustainable, inclusive world.

Lead multiple full-lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management implementations, ensuring successful trial data migration and reconciliation.

Design, configure, and implement innovative and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors EC TM solutions, including Timesheet, Time Off, Overtime rules, and ECP integrations.

Configure Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) for attendance, overtime, absences, breaks, and imported time entries.

Develop and configure Time Valuation rules for various time input types, integrating with external workforce management systems like KRONOS or UKG PRO.

Possess a minimum of 8 years of functional consultancy experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC and Time Management. This includes expertise in process design, configuration, comprehensive testing (Unit, SIT, E2E), trial data migration, and deployment.

Demonstrate strong consulting and advisory capabilities, coupled with excellent client stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

Proven experience leading at least 5 successful SuccessFactors EC TM implementations from start to finish is essential for this role.
