This role focuses on enhancing client learning and development strategies through expert SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) implementation and support.

As a SAP SF LMS Consultant, you will design sophisticated workflows, approval processes, and notification systems. You will manage diverse learning content, including SCORM and xAPI formats, and instructor-led training. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting system issues, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with technical teams for seamless operations.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive reports and dashboards. Furthermore, you will provide essential user training, create user guides, and offer ongoing functional assistance to ensure maximum system adoption and effectiveness.

This position requires 6-12 years of direct SAP SF LMS experience, encompassing full project lifecycles from implementation to ongoing support and enhancements. A strong command of LMS configuration is essential, including learning items, curricula, catalogs, assignments, assessments, workflows, approvals, and compliance.

Essential skills include a deep understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) setup and security models. Proficiency in content standards like SCORM and xAPI, ILT, virtual session configurations, and integration tools (WebEx, Zoom) is also critical for success in this role.
