As a SAP EC Time Off Consultant, you will configure and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off module. This involves analyzing business needs and translating them into system configurations, as well as supporting integrations with other SuccessFactors modules. You'll also conduct system testing, provide UAT support, resolve defects, and prepare functional documentation. Post-go-live support and production issue resolution are key, requiring collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for comprehensive solution delivery.

We are seeking a SAP EC Time Off Consultant with strong, hands-on experience in configuring the module and its business rules. Proficiency in role-based permissions (RBP) and a solid understanding of Employee Central foundation objects and MDF objects are essential.
