As a SAP SF EC Consultant, your responsibilities include: - Leading end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations from planning through go-live. - Configuring and supporting various Employee Central functionalities, including MDF, foundation objects, business rules, workflows, and data models. - Managing position management, global assignments, reporting, time-off, time-sheets, and benefits configuration. - Utilizing your expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Picklists. - Executing Employee Central data migration activities effectively.

We are seeking experienced professionals with: - A minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - An overall SAP experience ranging from 6 to 12 years. - Strong proficiency in Employee Central Configuration, MDF Framework, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, RBP, Data Models, Picklists, and Associations. - Proven experience with at least two full lifecycle Employee Central implementations. - Familiarity with other SAP SuccessFactors modules is advantageous. - Certification in SAP SF Employee Central is highly preferred.
